 1 cup Unsweetened vanilla almond milk - chocolate flavor Ok
 1 Scoop scoop of a plant base protein powder Chocolate flavor (no soy, no sugar, no dairy)
 1 tsp of moringa powder(optional)
 1 tbsp of almond butter
 24 dates (leave out if on a low sugar diet)
 1 cup cup of ice- add more for thicker smoothies
 15 drops drops of French vanilla stevia drops (to taste)
 1 cup of kale of Spinach
 1 square of 75% or more organic raw cacao chocolate( stevia and sundlower lecithin )
 1 Optional – frozen banana
 ¼ cup Optional- unsweetened kefir

Mix all ingredients in a blender or high-speed blender. Add more milk if it is too thick or More ice if you want it thicker. This smoothie can serve as a meal replacement or as a dessert after a meal.
